Keep Pushing!

Good morning everyone!

Now I've said it before, so you already know that it was 2012 when Jesus' sacrifice really hit me and became real. But it wasn't until 2014 before those facts started to come to life in my everyday life! I saw how each moment He went through was an example in things I was dealing with at that time! I started to make decisions from a place of Holiness and not from a place of frustration or circumstances. Not to say that making those kinds of decisions was easy. It wasn't. Because I was going against what I normally did. I'm gonna use one of my things as an example for this post.

I WAS A LUSH! And I enjoyed it! My kids have many of stories of when I drank, got "loose" and was having some fun, and it somehow became the major joke. But the thing about it is, that one single thing can sometimes be a daily challenge. I can have a hard day, husband fussing, kids acting a fool, and by the time 7pm comes around I can be like "Look, I need something to drink!"  

Please understand that living this life as Christ wants me to is always easy when things are going good. It's wonderful when things are going good. But when things are not lining up in my day, and everything is going wrong, and I am hearing all the wrong things, and all the wrong things are happening, it's hard to KEEP PUSHING for what I had declared in my life. The desires of the flesh that "felt good" before, will start to rise up. And since I am now mentally in a place where Jesus and His sacrifice is no longer in the forefront of your mind, the devil has me in a vulnerable place. I have now been weakened. He has manipulated my day to the point where I am now weak. 

(Now don't you remember, we like to bust up on that devil on the daily 

cause he already had you trapped in sin for how many years of your life??) 

He is about to take a point in my life if I go back to that drink that I was craving! Oh Heck No!!!! He is no longer in my life gonna take that point!!! At least not in that area!!! See, I fell weak many a times, but I WILL NOT stay in that weak place! I will repent, and move forward and declare war on that demon for that point and i'm taking it back!

My point in this example is, look in your life for the place where the devil keeps finding you weak when you have declared something over your life. THE DEVIL WILL attack you there. And guess what, he don't play fair. Everything is fair game to that devil. So HE WILL USE YOUR FAMILY TO PUT YOU IN A PLACE WHERE YOU ARE WEAKENED! So stay prayed up, stay loved up, stay studied up, keep your faith up! Do whatever you need to do in order to stand your ground! Cause God loves your sacrifice! But because God loves your sacrifice, the enemy is coming for it. Are you ready to stand your ground for it!?? Are you ready to go to war for it?? I hope so, cause every day in my life is a War. I have to wake up in the mentality that i'm ready for a War. 

But it's not just about being ready for a War. You need to have your weapons!!!! Did you put your sword in your hand and have it ready??? Meaning, did you read your bible and really get a few scriptures really rooted in your heart so you can use it when you are ready! 

Next, you have to have your shield!! What's your shield? It's anything that protects you so things of the world don't hurt you. It's humility, cause Pride will cause your feelings to be hurt!! It's self esteem so that you KNOW that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you!! It's knowing that you are a Child of God so you have the VICTORY IN ALL THINGS!!! Even when it doesn't look like it! You still walk in that victory!!!!

If you can get yourself in that place, you are in a place of Victory. The thing about it is that when you are in a place where everything is opposite of what you declared in your life, YOU KEEP PUSHING!!!!! If you find yourself frustrated about something(s), you are likely in a place where the enemy has made you weak, and you just need to see it. When you see it FIGHT BACK!!!!!!!!! TAKE BACK WHAT YOU DECLARED IN YOUR LIFE!!!!!
